TAPP Beta Test Agreement
Introduction
Thanks for agreeing to test TAPP! This agreement helps set expectations and keep things smooth while you try out our beta version. Nothing too formal, just making sure we’re on the same page.
1. What’s This About?
TAPP is in beta, and you’re one of our awesome testers. We’re giving you access to try it out and share feedback to help us improve. In return, you agree to use it responsibly and keep it confidential.
2. How Long Does This Last?
This test runs from 01/06/25 to 01/12/25, but either of us can opt out at any time by letting the other know. If you stop testing, please remove any TAPP-related materials from your devices.
3. Keeping Things Private
Since this is a beta, some parts of TAPP aren’t public yet. We ask that you don’t share details, screenshots, or anything about the software without our permission.
4. What You Can & Can’t Do
We’re giving you a temporary, non-exclusive right to use TAPP for testing. Here’s what that means:
Go ahead and use TAPP for testing and give us honest feedback.
Please don’t share, sell, or modify the software.
Definitely don’t try to take it apart, reverse-engineer it, or pass it off as your own.
5. Your Feedback Matters
We’d love to hear what you think! Any suggestions, bug reports, or ideas you provide help us make TAPP better. We own all improvements made based on user feedback, but we truly appreciate your input.
6. No Guarantees, Just Testing
Since TAPP is in beta, things might break or not work perfectly. We’re not responsible for any issues that come up while you’re testing. We will attempt to resolve any issues when they arise and/or add them to a follow up release.
7. Keeping Data Safe
If you’re entering any data into TAPP, we’ll handle it according to our privacy policy. TAPP makes use of minimal personally identifiable information (PII). If you’re in a region with specific data laws (like GDPR) TAPP will comply with data protection, data storage and data processing of information such as name, email and phone number. All data is stored and processed within the UK.
8. Final Notes
This doesn’t mean we’re business partners—just testers and developers working together
TAPP is based in Northern Ireland, so any legalities follow those laws in Northern Ireland and Great Britain.
If any disagreements pop up, we’ll try to work it out through discussion first.
